How much is one video?
$6.99, paid when your photos are ready. No subscription and no credits to buy first.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can pay, upload and make videos without signing up. Sign in only if you want your videos and credits on another device.
What happens if a video fails?
You can make it again for free: what you paid comes back as credits. If we can't use a photo, nothing is charged.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits from packs never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If you're not happy with a delivered video, write to us within 7 days and we'll look at it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe.
How do I get my credits back on another device?
Sign in with the email you paid with, or use Restore a purchase with that email and the receipt number (Stripe) or transaction ID (PayPal).
