Privacy policy

The short version

When you make a video we process the photos you upload to create it, and delete them and the video after 30 days. Accounts are optional. Stripe and PayPal handle payments; we never see your card or bank details. We don't sell data and we don't run ads.

What we collect

• Server logs. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request to deliver the site and block abuse. We don't use these logs to identify you.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records which pages you visit, how you got here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (country and city level). It sets first-party cookies to tell visits apart. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off.
• Your photos and your videos. The photos you upload and the videos made from them. We use them only to make and deliver your video.
• A browser cookie. Every visitor who buys or makes a video gets a session cookie that ties the browser to its credits and videos, account or not. It isn't used for tracking or advertising.
• Your account, if you make one. Your email address, and with Google sign-in your name and profile picture. Sign-in codes are sent by Resend.
• Payments. Stripe processes card payments and PayPal processes PayPal payments. From them we receive the email you paid with, the amount, the tax charged, your billing country and the payment's ID, which we keep for our records and so you can recover your purchase on another device.
• Email. If you write to us, or ask to hear when a template opens, we keep your email for that.

Who processes your photos

Your photos are sent to the AI services that make the video: Anthropic, which looks at them to plan the video and which we reach through OpenRouter, and fal, which runs the image and video models. They process them on our behalf to make your video and nothing else.

How long we keep things

• Your photos and your videos are deleted 30 days after the video is made. You can delete a video, and the photos only it used, sooner in My videos.
• Payment records (amount, tax, date, the email you paid with and the payment ID) are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• To have your account or anything else about you deleted, write to us from the email you signed in or paid with.

Children

AIRap isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
